A Cambodian court on Thursday (03/10/2011), sentenced to seven years jail Matthew Harland who is a computer engineer. Bule British citizens were proven to have sex with two little girls. A report from the British police said that Harland had to pay bail in 2005 to get out of the detention-related cases of child pornography. This was stated by the Cambodian police.
