Director of National Intelligence, United States (U.S.) James Clapper,
Director of National Intelligence, United States (U.S.) James Clapper, said Thursday (10 / 3) that Muammar Qadafi Libya would defeat the rebels. Before the Senate Armed Services Committee, he said that "the regime (Qadafi) will win."
It seems to embarrass the White House, because lately amid rising ekskalasi in Libya, the country is not Uncle Sam constantly urged Qadafi retreat. "With regard to the rebels in Libya, and whether they succeed or not, frankly I think they are in a hard line," he said.
He also said that conditions at the momentum has shifted to the Colonel Qadafi. "I do not think he intended to go. From all the evidence we have ... like she (Qadafi) down depending on time."
The statement was torn, making the Dow Jones index down about 228 points amid concerns over the impact of conflict on Libya's oil supply, which can fall below the psychological barrier that occurs in late January.
Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State, will visit Egypt and Tunisia next week to emphasize the democratic reform after the new uprising and met with members of the opposition to Libya.
